《中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)和住房滿意度建模研究(英文版)》主要對(duì)1998年后完全實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)住房體系的中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了探究。首先,開(kāi)創(chuàng)性地利用system GMM模型發(fā)現(xiàn)影Ⅱ向中國(guó)房?jī)r(jià)上升的主要因素,并分析這些因素是如何影響房?jī)r(jià)的;其次,運(yùn)用一系列統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)和計(jì)量模型探究中國(guó)區(qū)域房?jī)r(jià)的收斂性和聚合效應(yīng);最后,利用有序概率模型對(duì)2006年中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行建模分析,探究城鎮(zhèn)居民生活幸福感和住房滿意度與住房條件等房屋屬性的關(guān)系,并研究住房條件對(duì)不同群體居民的不同影響。
