《涉外酒店英語》按主題情境安排結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)具體涉外行業(yè)崗位的要求,以該行業(yè)從業(yè)者所從事的典型工作過程為主線進行編寫,先易后難,循序漸進。每個主題情境下設子情境,分為“語言能力”、“行業(yè)專業(yè)能力”和“綜合能力”等模塊。其中,“語言能力”模塊培養(yǎng)學生運用所學專業(yè)英語進行溝通交流的能力;“行業(yè)專業(yè)能力”模塊培養(yǎng)學生運用所學英語開展業(yè)務活動,提供行業(yè)服務,進行有效溝通的能力;“綜合能力”模塊培養(yǎng)學生處理本行業(yè)領(lǐng)域突發(fā)事件等的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的能力。
