高職體育與健康教程(下冊) 讀者對象:本書具有廣泛的實用價值,可作為高職院校普遍體育課程的教學用書,同時也可作為廣大體育愛好者自主鍛煉的指導用書。
本書依據(jù)《全國普通高等學校體育課程教學指導綱要》和《國家學生體質健康標準》對高等學校體育教育的要求,以“健康第一”為指導思想和主線,結合高職院校體育公共課的教學實際和特點,以培養(yǎng)高職學生的體育與健康意識和實踐能力為重點,為學生提供身體鍛煉的指南,結合團隊作者多年的體育教育經(jīng)驗編寫而成。教材共分為理論篇和實踐篇兩個部分,內容簡明扼要、通俗易懂,同時秉承知識夠用、內容實用的原則,吸收了本學科較前沿的理念、知識,構建了相對完整的理論知識體系。技能實踐布局直觀,方便學生學習運動技能。本書注重實用性、專業(yè)性與普適性的結合與統(tǒng)一,兼顧課內體育教學與課外體育鍛煉指導。本書具有廣泛的實用價值,可作為高職院校普遍體育課程的教學用書,同時也可作為廣大體育愛好者自主鍛煉的指導用書。
