《跨文化交際》是一門通識(shí)教育課程,它以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的跨文化交際意識(shí),幫助學(xué)生了解中西文化差異,并能夠在文化碰撞中學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用跨文化交際理論保持理性和包容,為提高學(xué)生的社會(huì)語言能力和跨文化交際能力搭建腳手架。該課程中講授的是通用的一般性理論知識(shí)和技能,例如:什么是跨文化交際、交際、文化與交際的關(guān)系、文化價(jià)值觀與文化模式、言語交際、非言語交際、跨文化交際障礙、跨文化交際適應(yīng)以及跨文化交際能力等。學(xué)習(xí)這些理論和知識(shí)有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生樹立世界眼光、培養(yǎng)國際視野、提高人文素養(yǎng)。批判性思維和科學(xué)思維的培養(yǎng)也是該課程的主要目標(biāo)之一,因此它適合所有的大學(xué)本科學(xué)生或研究生以及打算出國讀本科的高中生來學(xué)習(xí)。
遲紅,副教授,北京市大學(xué)英語研究會(huì)理事,新西蘭懷卡托大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者。研究方向:英語教學(xué)研究、英美文學(xué)、跨文化交際與翻譯。在中國大學(xué)慕課平臺(tái)上開設(shè)“跨文化交際”慕課。發(fā)表論文20余篇;主持參與教科研項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng);譯著5部。作品曾獲得校級(jí)教學(xué)成果一等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)。指導(dǎo)的學(xué)生多次獲得“外研社杯”全國大學(xué)英語寫作大賽、閱讀大賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
