本書結(jié)合了中國(guó)古代通史和中外文化交流兩個(gè)維度,以古代絲綢之路和海上絲綢之路發(fā)生的文化交流為主線,講述2000年間的中國(guó)歷史變遷、中外文明互鑒與融匯,揭示中國(guó)在跨文明的互動(dòng)、互融歷程中所發(fā)揮的重要作用。本書吸取最新發(fā)現(xiàn)和研究成果,圖文并茂,循序漸進(jìn)地引導(dǎo)學(xué)生了解和熱愛中國(guó)文化,理解中外文化的互動(dòng)互鑒。
張朝陽(yáng),加州大學(xué)伯克利分校歷史學(xué)博士(2010畢業(yè)),現(xiàn)任上海交通大學(xué)人文學(xué)院歷史系教授。長(zhǎng)期主講“中外文化交流兩千年”,榮獲“上海市高校留學(xué)生英文授課示范性課程”稱號(hào),入選2021“環(huán)太平洋大學(xué)聯(lián)盟線上學(xué)生交換項(xiàng)目”(APRU-VSE)。此外,作者還參與國(guó)家漢辦資助、上海交通大學(xué)承辦的“漢語(yǔ)橋”短期項(xiàng)目,主講海上絲綢之路歷史文化課(英文授課)。作者在國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)刊物發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文40余篇,專著《中國(guó)早期民法的建構(gòu)》,獨(dú)立承擔(dān)國(guó)家社科項(xiàng)目?jī)身?xiàng),上海市以及國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。
