案例體系,包括:案例導(dǎo)入,通過(guò)案例幫助學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)由實(shí)例到理論學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程;知識(shí)點(diǎn)案例,即在理論知識(shí)講解過(guò)程中所舉的例子,幫助學(xué)生及時(shí)理解相關(guān)知識(shí);本章綜合案例,位于每章末,旨在幫助學(xué)生理解本章學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容;模擬談判案例,通過(guò)扮演案例中的角色,實(shí)踐各章的理論學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。本教材案例選擇的原則是:針對(duì)性、本土性、時(shí)代性與經(jīng)典性。
實(shí)踐體系,即結(jié)合理論學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行的實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練,包括:思考題與討論題、課堂討論、模擬談判、課上課下測(cè)試、商務(wù)談判大賽等。
白遠(yuǎn),教授;曾任北京第二外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、北京工商大學(xué)嘉華學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng);2014年獲得第十屆北京市教學(xué)名師稱號(hào)。先后就讀于日本國(guó)際大學(xué)和美國(guó)紐約大學(xué)商學(xué)院。曾任商務(wù)部國(guó)際商務(wù)官員研修學(xué)院、美國(guó)西北大學(xué)、美國(guó)北佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)以及科索沃普里什蒂納大學(xué)客座教授,F(xiàn)任中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事暨學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員,中國(guó)管理現(xiàn)代化研究會(huì)國(guó)際商務(wù)談判專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任。主要科研領(lǐng)域?yàn)橹袊?guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資、文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)與產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易、國(guó)際服務(wù)貿(mào)易。在國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊上發(fā)表論文60余篇,出版專著與研究報(bào)告12部。主要教學(xué)方向?yàn)閲?guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)與專業(yè)課雙語(yǔ)教學(xué),出版教材9部,其中北京市精品教材2部,《國(guó)際商務(wù)談判》(雙語(yǔ)教材)獲評(píng)“十二五”普通高等教育本科國(guó)家級(jí)規(guī)劃教材。曾長(zhǎng)期作為特聘專家受聘于世界銀行中國(guó)農(nóng)村改水項(xiàng)目國(guó)家項(xiàng)目辦,參加多場(chǎng)大型投資和貿(mào)易談判。長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任全國(guó)高校國(guó)際商務(wù)談判精英賽評(píng)委。
