呂景泉，天津中德職業(yè)技術學院副院長，教授，獲得20多種職業(yè)資格和技術教育證書。曾在德國、新加坡、西班牙、加拿大、澳大利亞等20余個職業(yè)教育機構、企業(yè)培訓中心留學、進修和調研。公開發(fā)表技術論文30余篇、職教研究論文30余篇，主編并出版機電類精品教材和國家“十五”、“十一五”規(guī)劃教材4部。主持國家級教育科研項目6項、國家級教學成果3項，組織完成14門國家級精品課建設工作。主持教育部、財政部支持區(qū)域性綜合實訓基地建設項目（大模式）的建設工作。主持教育部重點課題《制造業(yè)技能型緊缺人才專業(yè)建設與實踐的研究》和教育部與聯(lián)合國教科文組織項目《制造業(yè)教師培訓標準研究》。
