刁生富(1964-) ,男,河南南陽人,中國人民大學哲學博士,佛山科學技術(shù)學院經(jīng)濟管理與法學院教授,佛山市網(wǎng)絡空間研究院院長,國家生態(tài)大數(shù)據(jù)研究院研究員,主要研究方向為科技哲學與科技社會學、大數(shù)據(jù)和人工智能的哲學和倫理學、數(shù)據(jù)治理與社會治理創(chuàng)新等,發(fā)表論文近70篇,出版著作40余部。
