中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院的中國(guó)海外投資國(guó)家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)級(jí)體系（CROIC）從中國(guó)企業(yè)和主權(quán)財(cái)富的海外投資視角出發(fā)，構(gòu)建了經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、償債能力、社會(huì)彈性、政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、對(duì)華關(guān)系五大指標(biāo)共41個(gè)子指標(biāo)，通過(guò)大量數(shù)據(jù)量化評(píng)估了中國(guó)企業(yè)在海外投資方面面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本評(píng)級(jí)體系試圖通過(guò)提供風(fēng)險(xiǎn)警示，為企業(yè)提高海外投資成功率提供參考。
張明，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士，研究員，中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院世界經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治研究所國(guó)際投資研究室主任，研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閲?guó)際金融與中國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)。曾在香港金融管理局與哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪政府學(xué)院做訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。出版《全球危機(jī)下的中國(guó)變局》、《中國(guó)的高儲(chǔ)蓄：特征事實(shí)與部門分析》等學(xué)術(shù)著作，在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文多篇，并在國(guó)內(nèi)外財(cái)經(jīng)媒體上發(fā)表大量的財(cái)經(jīng)評(píng)論。,中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院世界經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治研究所國(guó)際投資研究室研究員。
