The fantastic adventures are just beginning when Carl, a retired helium-balloon salesman, attaches thousands of colorful balloons to his house and takes off for a South American jungle. Everything goes according to plan until Carl discovers that an enthusiastic young Wilderness Explorer named Russell has stowed away for the ride.
