該書涵蓋了本人從事科學研究、教學以及科技管理的主要研究論文。根據(jù)研究內(nèi)容,分為體全息存儲、光學信息處理、二元光學、光學儀器以及論儀器儀表科技發(fā)展等五部分。體全息存儲部分主要包括體全息存儲機理、存儲光學系統(tǒng)的改進、晶體或有機材料組分的調(diào)整、復用技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新、曝光時序的優(yōu)化,以及提高體全息存儲系統(tǒng)的存儲密度和信噪比等。光學信息處理部分包括各種數(shù)學變換技術(shù),主要有子波和Walsh變換等,涉及變換理論、方法、實現(xiàn)的光學系統(tǒng)及其在光學信息并行處理中的作用,且還包含采用各種預(yù)處理和后處理的技術(shù),提高光學信息處理的速度和精度。二元光學部分包括光學理論、各種特殊功能器件的設(shè)計原理、設(shè)計方法、優(yōu)化設(shè)計、加工工藝、實驗研究與應(yīng)用拓展,例如陣列分束器件、束勻滑器件、衍射超分辨器件、偏振分束器件、相位延遲器件、定向激發(fā)器件以及折衍混合成像系統(tǒng)等。同時,還包括微光學結(jié)構(gòu)、光學自由曲面的優(yōu)化設(shè)計與應(yīng)用。光學儀器部分包括光譜、非球面和自由曲面的干涉零補償檢測、金屬納米球和棒幾何尺寸測量等儀器方面的研究成果。論儀器儀表科技發(fā)展部分主要是對光計算、二元光學、超密度光存儲技術(shù)、儀器儀表產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、平板顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面的看法和意見。
