本案出自世界大牌設(shè)計(jì)師之手，空間被設(shè)計(jì)成“睡美人”的城堡。一旦入內(nèi)，如同步入魔幻般的世界。越過(guò)綠洲般的花園，即可進(jìn)入壯觀、宏偉的內(nèi)部空間。作為室內(nèi)和室外生活空間的花園，均配以席位。迷人的泳池上方，懸掛著的吊燈，撒下一地光輝。搭有涼臺(tái)的小屋，適合不同年齡的客人。帳篷式的空間，內(nèi)設(shè)沙箱、充氣玩具，那自是兒童的天地。
原有的懸空部件，延伸為半圓形的雕塑結(jié)構(gòu)。內(nèi)部房間如同劇場(chǎng)的包廂，俯瞰著下面的花園�？臻g的布局極具特色，凸顯出每個(gè)人在家里的平等地位。閣樓般的空間分割，溢滿華彩的燈光。臥室、衛(wèi)浴、客廳、廚房、陽(yáng)臺(tái)，原本劃分明確的空間，借助相同的瓷磚，輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間的內(nèi)外統(tǒng)一。白色、金色、棕色、灰色、藍(lán)色、黑色等色調(diào)打造的調(diào)色板，營(yíng)造出內(nèi)部的浪漫，開(kāi)放的客廳，也彰顯著空間慷慨的氣度。
白色的飯店對(duì)面，是落日下的酒吧空間。過(guò)濾后的光芒，映照著落日，灑下一地的金黃，醞釀著晚間小酌一杯的情懷。金燭臺(tái)，紅瑪瑙，精美玉石切割的凳子，充滿童趣地點(diǎn)綴著奧斯曼帝國(guó)時(shí)代的物件，并飾以新式古董。豐富鮮明的對(duì)比，激發(fā)著想象，成就著一段難忘的記憶。圖案式的沙發(fā)，被放置在金箔墻紙包圍的空間中。漆黑的人字形地板視角獨(dú)好地俯瞰著前面的舞臺(tái)。
　　明亮的吧臺(tái)，光亮的地板，圓形的吧凳，透過(guò)開(kāi)放的門窗，在水池中留下嬌媚的倩影，映照著落日的余暉。
　　餐廳親切地招呼著客人，如清晨的第一抹陽(yáng)光，清新，溫暖。精致的蝕刻玻璃排列在墻面，捕捉著透過(guò)窗戶而來(lái)的陽(yáng)光。光亮的白色地板，不失時(shí)機(jī)地招呼著自然的日光，優(yōu)雅地灑落在席間。
閃亮的聚光燈，定制的地板，突出地強(qiáng)化著“皇室餐桌”的至尊地位。高高的靠背椅靜默以待，正恭候著客人入席。桌上的金鐘，招呼著客人入內(nèi)�；始业臍馀捎腿欢�生。鐘罩內(nèi)的水晶吊燈，多角度地照射著席間的客人，滿是金黃。
沿著墻面而立時(shí)，有著圖案式靠墊的深色散座，為您提供著早餐時(shí)的清雅。靜謐，卻沒(méi)有寂寞。順勢(shì)跨步，已是陽(yáng)臺(tái)，耳邊是習(xí)習(xí)的涼風(fēng)。心情所致時(shí)，還可以踱步至私密花園，那里自然是您的世界。
SPA 區(qū)，前臺(tái)的玻璃馬賽克鏡面，劃亮幽暗的空間，閃爍在各個(gè)角落，照亮了各處招牌式的立柱。隱密的門戶之后，是別致的美甲區(qū)，穿孔的墻體，繪有各式圖案。此處，正“虛位以待”。
設(shè)計(jì)師從不重復(fù)自己。本案家具、鋪陳多是其原創(chuàng)。更與眾不同的是，內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)如
戲劇般，一幕幕地上演。
With Mondrian South Beach, Morgans Hotel Group has made a pioneering move away from the bustle of Miami Beach’s oceanfront tourist center to the Biscayne Bay. The Hotel Residence is built on a prime waterfront location with views of the ocean and downtown. Consisting of 342 studios, one-and-two bedroom apartments and penthouses, it will combine the most exhilarating design elements of a fantasy modern getaway with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Facilities will include a stateof- the-art spa and gym, a world class restaurant, a dynamic nightlife experience, chic events spaces and private VIP boat slips for yachting and boating trips. The suites may be bought or rented, offering guests the flexibility of a vacation or an extended stay, and providing apartment-owners with rental income between visits.
Wanders, a world-famous design star and an original member of the influential Droog collective in the Netherlands, has conceived of the hotel as “Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.” Guests will step into a magical world, entering a leisurely oasis of gardens that leads to the spectacular interior. The gardens are designed as indoor and outdoor living spaces, with seating areas, a hanging chandelier above the glamorous pool, and cabanas for all ages, including tented play spaces with a sandbox and bouncy toys in the children’s area.
Wanders will extend the existing curvilinear building to form a semicircular sculptural structure, in which the rooms resemble theatrical boxes overlooking the gardens below, “so that everyone has the best seat in the house,” as the designer says. The apartments are loftlike spaces, flooded with light and flowing seamlessly between bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony, unified with the same ceramic floor inside and out. Using a sophisticated color palate of white, gold, browns, greys, blues and black. Wanders plans to create romantic interiors with welcoming, open living areas and a generous sense of space.
Opposite from the white restaurant is the distinctly different sunset bar. The filtered light and reflection of the sinking sun in the etched, sunset tinted mirrors fashion a rich ambiance, perfect for an evening drink. Golden candelabras and onyx, jewel cut stools are playfully dotted between Ottomans and new antiques, a striking contrast of the imaginative and the forgotten. Gold leaf wallpaper surrounds the stretch patterned sofa that is set upon a staged, dark herringbone floor over-looking the entire arena from its privileged position.
The polished, profiled bar, islanded in a high gloss, marble floor and circled by custom bar stools looks out through the wide open doors onto the terrace and pool, golden with the captured radiance of Miami’s glorious setting sun.
The Asia de Cuba restaurant welcomes guests with a warm kiss of refreshing,morning sunlight. Delicately etched, paneled mirrors line the walls, catching sun rays through the wide windows and scattering it across the room. Sun beams glide across the glossy white floor, skating gracefully between the seats.
The Royal dining table steals the spotlight, situated upon a custom carpet, setting it apart from the rest of the tables. A battalion of high backed seats oversee the table, waiting for the honored guests to take their places. Golden bells above the table call out to the guests to take their seats and prepare for a great feast. Crystal chandeliers set within the bells shower the diners with faceted light.
Patterned, cushioned deep booths line the walls of the room a perfect retreat to enjoy a quiet breakfast or enjoy the theatrics that unfold before them. The restaurant opens out onto the terrace where guests can dine with a cool breeze or escape to one of the private dining gardens and kissing corners.
The mirrored mosaic of the reception desk in the Spa scatters light across the dimly lit room, sparkling across every corner and the signature column. The manicure area can be accessed through a hidden door in the perforated, patterned wall, where thrones await the guests.
A designer who prefers never to repeat himself. Wanders will furnish the hotel with original pieces from his design studio, where he produces everything from lighting to floors, chairs, tables and sofas. Mondrian South Beach is one of several interiors projects he has completed. “Unlike product design, interiors are about theater, leading you from one idea to the next and the next,” he says.
