本書對土壤和地下水環(huán)境中多種酶的活性、功能和效應(yīng)等進(jìn)行介紹,以期為酶學(xué)在土壤和地下水協(xié)同修復(fù)方面的應(yīng)用提供參考和依據(jù);并結(jié)合多年在水土污染協(xié)同修復(fù)方面的研究概述修復(fù)過程對酶的功能和活性的影響,根據(jù)研究結(jié)果總結(jié)酶對環(huán)境變化(如污染、修復(fù)、氣候變化、施肥)的響應(yīng),詳細(xì)介紹可表征水土環(huán)境中酶活性時空分布特征的原位酶譜技術(shù)的基本原理、實驗方法、研究與應(yīng)用等,定量分析熱點區(qū)域(即根際、碎屑)酶活性的時空變化過程及其主要控制因素,系統(tǒng)闡述原位酶譜法的基本原理、操作過程、應(yīng)用與研究進(jìn)展等。
