雷云飛,1983年生,華中科技大學(xué)電力系統(tǒng)及其自動化工程碩士研究生畢業(yè),高級工程師,國網(wǎng)湖南檢修公司株洲運維分部經(jīng)理,2007年參加工作,長期從事變電檢修專業(yè)管理,以及變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與性能研究。先后主持及參與近十項創(chuàng)新項目,3本行業(yè)及國網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),出版3本專業(yè)書籍。成果多次獲得湖南省公司創(chuàng)新一二等獎,曾獲湖南省公司專業(yè)競賽個人第d一、國網(wǎng)變電檢修競賽團體第d一。主審:梁勇超,1972年生,高級工程師,國網(wǎng)湖南省電力公司檢修公司總工程師,長期從事電網(wǎng)運檢技術(shù)管理,先后主持或參與《湖南500kV變電站集控中心智能化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究》等15個科研項目,多次榮獲湖南省電力公司科技進步獎,擁有《一種輸電網(wǎng)故障信息與線路越限信息的相關(guān)度分析法》等5項專利發(fā)明和2項實用新型專利,發(fā)表各類期刊論文20余篇。
