中國(guó)電子信息行業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)(英文名:China Federation of Electronics and Information Industry)是經(jīng)民政部注冊(cè)登記的全國(guó)性社會(huì)團(tuán)體,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)電子聯(lián)合會(huì)。2014>年6月28日在北京成立。會(huì)長(zhǎng)由中國(guó)電子科技集團(tuán)有限公司董事長(zhǎng)、黨組書(shū)記陳肇雄擔(dān)任,常務(wù)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)由中芯國(guó)際集成電路制造有限公司董事長(zhǎng)周子學(xué)擔(dān)任。目前有個(gè)人會(huì)員6名、單位會(huì)員529家,其中包括:工信部直屬事業(yè)單位和高等學(xué)校,電子類(lèi)協(xié)會(huì),全國(guó)電子信息制造業(yè)、軟件業(yè)、信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)及通信運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)企業(yè)。電子聯(lián)合會(huì)設(shè)“1室1委8部”:辦公室、會(huì)員服務(wù)部、行業(yè)發(fā)展部、信息統(tǒng)計(jì)部、質(zhì)量評(píng)估部、會(huì)展培訓(xùn)部、戰(zhàn)略研究部、專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)、財(cái)務(wù)部、法務(wù)部。電子聯(lián)合會(huì)的組建,是貫徹黨的十八大和十八屆二中、三中全會(huì)精神,深化行政管理體制改革、進(jìn)一步減政放權(quán)、推進(jìn)政社分開(kāi)的重大舉措,也是工業(yè)和信息化部機(jī)構(gòu)職能調(diào)整,完善行業(yè)管理體系的一項(xiàng)重要工作。作為政府主管部門(mén)、電子信息全行業(yè)和企業(yè)之間的樞紐和橋梁,電子聯(lián)合會(huì)的主要職能是反映會(huì)員訴求,維護(hù)會(huì)員權(quán)益,促進(jìn)電子信息行業(yè)自律,協(xié)助和支撐政府開(kāi)展行業(yè)管理工作,開(kāi)展國(guó)際交流與合作,維護(hù)行業(yè)利益,促進(jìn)電子信息行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。電子聯(lián)合會(huì)將秉承“精誠(chéng)協(xié)作、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)”的工作理念,堅(jiān)持“依法辦會(huì)、科學(xué)辦會(huì)、民主管理、服務(wù)為本、自律發(fā)展”的基本原則,努力為政府解憂(yōu)、為企業(yè)排難、為行業(yè)謀利,力爭(zhēng)建成政社分開(kāi)、權(quán)責(zé)明確、依法自治的現(xiàn)代一流社會(huì)組織,為促進(jìn)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。
