本書為續(xù)丹主編的《工程圖學(xué)與實踐》的配套習題集,旨在配合教材幫助
學(xué)生通過必要的實踐環(huán)節(jié),完成從基本形體構(gòu)成、零件設(shè)計與制造到裝配體設(shè)
計與制造的表達訓(xùn)練,并通過后一章完成綜合實踐環(huán)節(jié)的綜合表達能力訓(xùn)練。
本書習題編排順序與配套教材完全一致,共分四篇,即產(chǎn)品加工制造認識篇、
形體表達基礎(chǔ)理論篇、機械產(chǎn)品表達篇、實踐應(yīng)用篇,具體內(nèi)容包括機械加工
制造技術(shù)、基本幾何體的表示方法、組合體的表示方法、機件的圖樣表示方法、
零件的表示方法、裝配體的表示方法、圖樣表達綜合實踐,各章均設(shè)置了適當
數(shù)量、不同難度的習題。
本書可作為高等院校機類、電類各專業(yè)制圖課程的配套習題集,也可作為高職高專等其他各類院校相關(guān)專業(yè)的制圖課程配套習題集。與本習題集配套的《工程圖學(xué)與實踐》已由機械工業(yè)出版社同步出版,供讀者選用。
本書主要根據(jù)《工程圖學(xué)與實踐》教材的特點,結(jié)合高等學(xué)校工程圖學(xué)課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo)分委員會 2019年修訂的《高等學(xué)校工程圖學(xué)課程教學(xué)基本要求》及近年來發(fā)布的《技術(shù)制圖》和《機械制圖》有關(guān)國家標準,在普通高等教育“十一五”規(guī)劃教材《 3D機械制圖習題集》的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合編者團隊 19年的教學(xué)實踐總結(jié)論證,基于西安交通大學(xué)本科教改項目規(guī)劃重新編寫完成。
本書由淺入深、循序漸進設(shè)置題目,旨在讓學(xué)生在練習中完成將工程圖學(xué)的理論知識應(yīng)用于機械產(chǎn)品從基本形體構(gòu)成、零件設(shè)計與制造,到裝配體設(shè)計與制造的表達訓(xùn)練,并通過后一章的綜合實踐環(huán)節(jié)完成一次綜合表達訓(xùn)練。為配合配套教材所遵循的“實踐→認識→再實踐→再認識”的認知規(guī)律,本書重在實踐,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生三維設(shè)計表達與二維工程圖表達相互融合和交互式推進的、三維實體設(shè)計表達方法與二維工程圖表達方法并重的工程圖表達能力。
具體而言,本書具有以下特色:

)本書力求讓學(xué)生在練習中體會并構(gòu)建三維實體結(jié)構(gòu)表達和二維投影表達相融合的知識體系,訓(xùn)練將傳統(tǒng)的工程制圖與現(xiàn)代的建模表達方法融為一體的設(shè)計思維。

)綜合培養(yǎng)三維建模和二維圖樣表達能力。習題選擇與編排由淺入深,循序漸進,通過題目的練習,學(xué)生能夠獲得應(yīng)用三維設(shè)計軟件進行實體建模的思路和方法,掌握生成、識讀和完善二維工程圖樣的技能,并能獲得利用儀器或徒手進行繪圖的能力。
