本書以2015年193個國家通過的聯(lián)合國《2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程》為主線,以人類文明發(fā)展史為背景,通過天(大氣)、地(土壤)、水、林的污染及其治理,借助人類綠色發(fā)展的測度,特別是借鑒中國工業(yè)化進程中經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護博弈的正反經(jīng)驗,對發(fā)達國家與發(fā)展中國家的工業(yè)文明方面取得的成功與環(huán)境代價進行了反思,提出了落實《2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程》共構(gòu)全球“綠色文明”的戰(zhàn)略理念與途徑。
李曉西,北京師范大學(xué)教授,北師大經(jīng)濟與資源管理研究院名譽院長,曾任國務(wù)院研究室宏觀經(jīng)濟研究司司長。現(xiàn)兼UNID0一UNEP綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺中國辦公室名譽主任,教育部社會科學(xué)委員會經(jīng)濟學(xué)部召集人,中國市場學(xué)會副會長,中國環(huán)境保護與發(fā)展國際委員會中方委員,中國政策專家?guī)鞂<椅瘑T會委員.國家可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)咨詢委員會委員,首都科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究院名譽院長和西南財經(jīng)大學(xué)發(fā)展院名譽院長等。近年主持完成了6個年度的《中國綠色發(fā)展指數(shù)報告》,主持出版了《人類綠色發(fā)展報告2014》中英文版和《中國綠色金融報告2014》。入選《影響新中國60年經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的100位經(jīng)濟學(xué)家》和《二十世紀(jì)中國知名科學(xué)家學(xué)術(shù)成就概覽》。
