《內(nèi)蒙古植物花粉形態(tài)》共分為五章,從第一章至第五章分別介紹了內(nèi)蒙古的自然條件特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)蒙古植物資源特征、孢粉學(xué)基本知識、現(xiàn)代孢粉形態(tài)的研究方法、內(nèi)蒙古植物花粉形態(tài)特征。在第五章共收錄描述了內(nèi)蒙古森林、草原、荒漠3大植被主要植物359種,隸屬49科201屬(包括21變種, 1亞種及少量的栽培種)。以恩格勒系統(tǒng)為科屬種排列順序,描述了每種植物花粉的形狀、大小、萌發(fā)器官類型和數(shù)量及花粉粒表面紋飾等形態(tài)特征,并且根據(jù)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,對每種植物的花果期、生境、分布、產(chǎn)地、主要應(yīng)用價值等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了記載和整理。針對每種植物還配有1-3幅利用掃描電子顯微鏡拍攝的高清花粉圖片,共計(jì)828幅花粉圖片,更加直觀地反應(yīng)出每種植物的花粉形態(tài)特征和應(yīng)用價值。
