發(fā)電廠絕緣技術(shù)監(jiān)督
絕緣技術(shù)監(jiān)督是保證電氣設備安全、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟運行的重要手段之一,也是發(fā)電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)管理的一項重要基礎工作。絕緣技術(shù)監(jiān)督實行從設計選型、審查、監(jiān)造、出廠驗收、安裝、投產(chǎn)驗收、運行、檢修到技術(shù)改造的全過程、全方位技術(shù)監(jiān)督,認真貫徹執(zhí)行國家、行業(yè)及國家能源投資集團有限責任公司(簡稱集團公司)有關規(guī)程標準與反事故措施,掌握電氣設備的絕緣變化規(guī)律,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除絕緣缺陷,分析絕緣事故,制定反事故措施,不斷提高電氣設備運行的安全可靠性。
2017 年,集團公司技術(shù)監(jiān)督平臺統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示各企業(yè)絕緣專業(yè)指標完成情況較好,基本完成了年度制定的絕緣監(jiān)督計劃,發(fā)電企業(yè)6kV及以上高壓設備計劃預防性試驗22 008件,實際完成22 005件,預防性試驗完成率為99.9%;缺陷發(fā)現(xiàn)231件,消除缺陷數(shù)228件,缺陷消除率98.28%。但是,絕緣事故無小事,近年來,集團發(fā)生多起變壓器燒毀和發(fā)電機定子接地事故,造成了巨大的經(jīng)濟損失和嚴重的社會影響。為適應集團公司發(fā)電企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,進一步加強和規(guī)范絕緣技術(shù)監(jiān)督工作,根據(jù)國家、行業(yè)有關規(guī)程標準,特制定《火力發(fā)電廠絕緣技術(shù)監(jiān)督工作手冊》。
本書分為絕緣監(jiān)督基礎知識、絕緣技術(shù)監(jiān)督管理、電氣設備高壓試驗三篇,其中電氣設備高壓試驗講解了發(fā)電機試驗、變壓器試驗、互感器試驗、斷路器試驗、GIS試驗、套管試驗、電容器試驗、避雷器試驗、電力電纜試驗、絕緣油試驗、絕緣子試驗、接地阻抗試驗12種高壓試驗的具體內(nèi)容。切合實際,應用性強,較全面地涵蓋了絕緣監(jiān)督工作的主要內(nèi)容。
