本書以我國國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展十二五規(guī)劃綱要中共中央關于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定和國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃（20142020）為指導，把推動生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)發(fā)展作為產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級的戰(zhàn)略性重點和在大型城市形成生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)為主的產(chǎn)業(yè)結構相結合，在充分利用現(xiàn)有城市經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)理論研究成果的基礎上，主要從分工理論、價值鏈理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論的角度，基于生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)的知識密集、產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)和中間投入等基本產(chǎn)業(yè)特征，研究城市經(jīng)濟轉型過程中生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)所扮演的關鍵性角色，以及生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)對城市經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響機制、路徑和政策選擇。
生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)發(fā)展與城市經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標是高度吻合的
張志彬，男，1979年生，湖南桃江人，湖南大學應用經(jīng)濟學博士，副教授（已公示），碩士研究生導師，湖南科技大學企業(yè)發(fā)展研究所副所長。
主要講授微觀經(jīng)濟學、宏觀經(jīng)濟學、西方經(jīng)濟學說史和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學等課程，獲2013年湖南省普通高校教師課堂教學競賽一等獎。
主要研究方向為產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學、城市經(jīng)濟學，先后主持國家社科基金青年項目1項，湖南省社科基金重點項目1項，湖南省社科基金一般項目2項，湖南省教育廳項目1項，在《中國科技論壇》《經(jīng)濟縱橫》和《農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟》等CSSCI刊物上發(fā)表學術論文20余篇。
