高分三號(GF-3)衛(wèi)星是完全由我國自主研制的海陸兼顧的民用多極化SAR衛(wèi)星,星上載有C頻段多極化合成孔徑雷達(dá)(SAR)載荷。GF-3衛(wèi)星主要用于海洋權(quán)益維護(hù)、海洋防災(zāi)減災(zāi)以及應(yīng)對重大海洋環(huán)境事件、海域與海岸帶綜合管理、海洋動力環(huán)境監(jiān)測與極地環(huán)境監(jiān)測與航行保障等。并且用于災(zāi)害要素監(jiān)測與風(fēng)險評估、自然資源調(diào)查與國土測繪、水資源保護(hù)與重大水利工程監(jiān)測、農(nóng)作物面積動態(tài)監(jiān)測、中小尺度強(qiáng)降水過程監(jiān)測等。為改變我國雷達(dá)衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)完全依賴進(jìn)口的局面提供了重要支撐。本圖集收集了高分三號衛(wèi)星海洋圖像質(zhì)量提升技術(shù)項(xiàng)目的成果。
