本書圍繞“招、選、聘”這條主線,系統(tǒng)、全面地闡述了招聘工作,包括招聘概述和招聘前的基礎性工作,“招、選、聘”工作的開展,人員招聘評估以及招聘的實踐操作四大部分,既有理論闡述又有實踐操作。每章開篇設置了引導案例、學習目標和學習導航,章尾安排了自測題,便于學習和鞏固。各章節(jié)中設置了相關鏈接、案例等欄目,還增設了二維碼以拓展知識和創(chuàng)新學習方式。另外,本書提供了電子課件和課后自測題參考答案等教輔資料,以便課后學習。本書既可作為高校人力資源管理專業(yè)本科層次或工商管理類專業(yè)本科層次的教材使用,也可供社會各界從事人力資源管理工作的人員參考閱讀。
趙永樂 先后擔任中央人才工作協調小組特聘專家,中國人才研究會副會長,水利部人力資源研究院副院長,人社部CETTIC面試考官專家委員會副主任委員,江蘇省人大常委會立法咨詢專家,中國(南京)人才發(fā)展研究中心常務副主任,國家首批人才理論研究基地(河海大學)首席專家,河海大學人力資源研究中心主任、教授、博士生導師。曾受聘60余家企業(yè)擔任管理顧問,出版著作60余部,發(fā)表文章300余篇,承擔國家級和省部級課題59項,承擔政府部門和企事業(yè)單位咨詢項目近70項,獲得全國性和省部級一等獎8項、二三等獎28項。
