為推進(jìn)一帶一路軟環(huán)境建設(shè)，中聯(lián)部、深圳市人民政府、復(fù)旦大學(xué)于2016年2月22-24日在深圳聯(lián)合舉辦一帶一路國(guó)際智庫(kù)合作聯(lián)盟研討會(huì)。會(huì)議旨在聯(lián)絡(luò)沿線國(guó)家有影響力的智庫(kù)和研究機(jī)構(gòu)，加強(qiáng)國(guó)際智庫(kù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)，推動(dòng)以我為主的機(jī)制化智庫(kù)合作，向世界宣介一帶一路，引導(dǎo)輿論，解疑釋惑，凝聚共識(shí)，咨政建言。大會(huì)通過(guò)了《深圳宣言》，闡述了國(guó)際智庫(kù)合作聯(lián)盟成員單位對(duì)一帶一路的共同認(rèn)知。
參會(huì)代表來(lái)自東南亞、中亞、中東、歐盟、非洲、美洲等50多個(gè)國(guó)家的70多家智庫(kù)，代表們圍繞提升多層次互聯(lián)互通、促進(jìn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃對(duì)接、推動(dòng)綠色創(chuàng)新發(fā)展這三個(gè)分議題進(jìn)行了廣泛深入的討論。中外專家展示了自己的學(xué)術(shù)見(jiàn)地和對(duì)一帶一路的思考，研討既有思想的碰撞，也有觀點(diǎn)的契合。
當(dāng)代世界研究中心（CCCWS），成立于1994年，于2010年重組，主要從事國(guó)際形勢(shì)、世界政黨政治、國(guó)外政治制度、中國(guó)對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略、社會(huì)主義理論、社會(huì)政治思潮、發(fā)展模式比較等方面的研究；積極開(kāi)展同國(guó)外政黨智庫(kù)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)的交流活動(dòng)與學(xué)術(shù)研討。一帶一路倡議提出后，主要從事此方面內(nèi)容的研究和闡釋。
當(dāng)代世界研究中心已與國(guó)內(nèi)外政黨智庫(kù)、政府部門(mén)、高等院校及研究機(jī)構(gòu)建立了密切聯(lián)系，并與美國(guó)、英國(guó)、德國(guó)、俄羅斯、日本、波蘭、羅馬尼亞、匈牙利、保加利亞、朝鮮、巴西、印度、南非、以色列等國(guó)家的多家研究機(jī)構(gòu)形成了多種形式的學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作關(guān)系。
當(dāng)代世界研究中心設(shè)有理事會(huì)，運(yùn)作一帶一路智庫(kù)合作聯(lián)盟秘書(shū)處，聘請(qǐng)了多位國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有影響的政要和學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)、高等院校的專家學(xué)者擔(dān)任中心特約理事和特約研究員，中聯(lián)部副部長(zhǎng)郭業(yè)洲任理事會(huì)主席。當(dāng)代世界研究中心公開(kāi)發(fā)行中文月刊《當(dāng)代世界》。

development plans has become the consensus of countries along the Belt and
Road. Such integrations are essential to the building of community of destiny,
deepening regional cooperation and globalization. This topic is specified into

interests and cooperation opportunities between economies of differing degrees
of development? How to further promote the integration of development plans?

conducive to environment protection are among the crucial concepts to be
followed in building the Belt and Road. And innovation is the fountainhead for
sustainable development. This topic is specified into the following questions:

productivity cooperation? How to do a good job in environmental protection in
the process of industrialization? How to coordinate all sides to jointly
strengthen cooperation in environmental protection? How to walk out a lowcarbon,
